The project
Building on an earlier Health Centre upgrade
Following Stephen’s earlier involvement in extending the original medical centre in the Silverstream Shopping Village, client Doug Fargher engaged him to provide architectural services for new physiotherapy and gym facilities.
The project developed the health-related facilities further within the existing shopping-village setting.

The proposed floor plan records the arrangement of the physiotherapy rooms, support spaces and gym alongside the existing Health Centre and neighbouring tenancies.

The developed elevations show the proposed alterations and extension in relation to the retained parts of the existing building.

The section and construction details document how the new and altered work is resolved through the roof, walls, floor and canopy junctions.
